New Hire
I’m new to Simplot.
Top tip!
Take action within the enrollment window
You have 30 days from the date of your hire to enroll in benefits. If you do not enroll within this time, you must wait for a qualified change in status or until the next Annual Enrollment period to make benefit changes. Contact the Simplot Benefits Service Center to confirm your enrollment deadline or receive assistance with the enrollment process.
Watch the 2025 benefits presentation (in English or in Spanish) to learn all about your Simplot benefits.

Top tip: maximize your HSA contributions
Each year, the IRS limits how much you can contribute to an HSA. For 2025, the limits are $4,300 for an individual and $8,550 for a family. These limits include your contributions and any money Simplot contributes to your HSA.
When you enroll in the Simplot Medical Program and open an HSA, you have the ability to earn up to $950 in HSA contributions from Simplot. Visit the HSA page to learn more.
